Kara, Lindsay and Micheal,
I am at a loss for adequate words to express my sadness for you guys. I'm having such a hard time making sense of your mother's passing. I imagine there is no worse time than the loss of a mother. I had the blessed opportunity of knowing your mom for so many years, and I know heaven and your father just received one of the most special angels. You guys are a reflection of your mom in the way your treat people with respect and empathy. Your mother was truly one of the most open and giving human beings I have ever met. Not to mention funny, articulate and fantastically sarcastic in her humor. I am so blessed and grateful that she opened her arms to me and helped guide and shape part of who I am as I was growing up. I will ever be grateful to her always. I have learned life-long lessons through her kindness and warmth, and in her memory, I will walk through life with a bigger heart. Please know I will always be here for you guys, for as long as you need me no matter what life brings or how it intervenes. I loved her and I will never forget her..always.
Love,
Paola xoxo
