KRIVANEC, Mary
Mary (Barbieri) Krivanec, 85, of Willington, CT, wife of the late Robert Krivanec, passed away on Monday, (November 21, 2011) at Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Mansfield, CT. She was born in Windsor Locks, CT, daughter of the late Carlo and Margaret (Affricano) Barbieri. Mary and her late husband were the owners/operators of the former Springs Bakery in Stafford Springs, CT, Pam's Bake Shop in Storrs, CT, and B & D Package Store in Storrs, CT. She was also a 50 plus year member of the Climax Chapter #98 Order of the Eastern Star, Merrow, CT. Mary is survived by her two children, Pamela Krivanec and David Krivanec and his wife Nancy of Willington, CT; three grandchildren, Kyle Krivanec, Katrina Storrs, and Ruskin Storrs; two great grandsons, Benjamin and Tyler Storrs; and sister, Josephine Gladys. She was predeceased by a grandson, Chad Krivanec.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Willington Hill Cemetery, Willington, CT. Calling hours are on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
