Mary Ann F. Lembo

Mary Ann F. (Stephenson) Lembo, 61, of East Hartford, formerly of Manchester, died Friday, (November 30, 2001) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born May 2, 1940 in Hartford, daughter of the late Henry and Marion (Rushford) Stephenson and had resided in Manchester for most of her life before moving to East Hartford in 1996. She was a 1958 graduate of Manchester High School, was on the Somanhis Business Staff and a member of the Student Council and Senior Girls' Club. She attended Morse Business College and was employed by the former Iona Manufacturing of Manchester. Mary Ann is survived by a sister, Joan Cook and her husband, Ron of Manchester and their children, Dean and Gale Cook of Andover and Cheryl Cook of Manchester; a brother, Henry Stephenson and his wife, Kathleen of East Hampton, MA, and Henry's children, Hank Stephenson, Joseph Stephenson and David Stephenson, all of Manchester; her father-in-law, Anthony Lembo Sr.; and her mother-in-law, Adelaide Lembo both of Florida; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Izabel and her husband, John of East Granby, and their children, Mark Izabel, Debbie Mazzicotto, and Sandy Izabel all of East Granby, Patty Bush and her husband, Ned of East Granby and their children, Kevin Bush, Marlene Bush, and Rebecca Bush all of East Granby; and many great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Diane (Bellefleur) Stephenson. A Mass of Christian will be Tuesday, December 4 at 11 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Church, 45 Ludlow Road, Manchester. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Manchester. Family and friends may call Tuesday, Dec. 4, from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester.
