How fortunate I was to have sister (in-law) in my formative years, Ann never left Texas, and I agreed. My mother and I traveled to San Antonio by Tran when I was 9, to visit my brother and family. He was in USAF band / Jazz band, we what to the Biggest Sears & Robuck, they had a Allstate Car on the landing, I didn't know they made cars! But I became a Texas believer. We all miss you love the Florida Salzarulo's

http://www.legacy.com/ns/obitfinder/obituary-searchYou can take her out of Texas!
But you can't take Texas out of her”
Mary “Ann” had a knack to condense complex Life situations to Grate one liners, and like Texas they where Big Bold and on the Mark.
Her “Texas twang” was there to the end and we all
Loved it, as well as Ann.
My Memories, and I have a Lot, start when our Brother in the Army Air Corpse Band, Larry arrived from Texas with his new Bride by Train to Pittsfield.
(1950 I was 10 years old)
She was an only child from a prominent Texas Family in the Hospitality Business; and there are Hill (Family) Restaurants still to this day in Texas. She arrived to a Very Large inquisitive load Italian Family and Road in with her spurs on and she fit like a glove.
I being the youngest, of the “22 Hampshire St” Salzarulo's enjoyed visiting Larry (Lalee) & Ann; In Texas, California, Massachusetts and Connecticut & loved my (4) nephews as brothers.
I will miss our visits, but will cherish the Memories.
To Ann and the Lone Star State; I hope you have Your Spurs with you, as I know you will fit in up with our Maker. You had an admirable life and gave us 4 wonderful Man to live your legacies. Tell we meet again, Love and Prayers from Dick & Taya (Elizabeth, Vivian, N. Patty & Jennifer) the Only Southern Salzarulo Pivero Family offspring.

Ann, your generosity, warm heart and sweet character will always embrace our fond memories of you. You always thought of the girls with cards that made them smile and not a day will pass that we will not remember your kindness.
Uncle Cookie, Marylou, Michael, may you hold your memories with her dear to your heart. There are very few women on this earth with a loving heart like hers. May you find comfort knowing she is soaring with the angels and Our Savior.
With our love and condolences,
Rocky, Monika and the girls
