Melissa Desrosiers Obituary
A sweet, kind and smiley girl that will forever be missed.
Melissa loved animals, especially horses and dogs. She would do anything to help a dog find a home. She also loved to ride horses and admired their gentle, sweet, loving demeanor.
Melissa loved to use the word "nerd" especially with her dad. She loved the beach, the sound of the ocean, hikes, long walks with her dog Messina or her daughter Zoe, nature and most of all family time. She enjoyed snuggles on the couch with the girls or her dog watching a movie or cartoons. Loved to keep all family traditions, especially our yearly vacations enjoying all the memories and stories they bring.
Melissa has two beautiful daughters Zoe Olivia McEwen and Ella Sophia Leon, her sister Sarah Desrosiers, her parents Mignonne and James Desrosiers and her best friend Chelsey Herrara and a large extended family and friends.
May you find peace and joy and always know that you will be in our hearts forever. Keep smiling my sweet sweet girl, we will always continue to share our memories and stories and listen for your laughter.
You are amazing just the way you are. I will forever see the sparkle in your eyes, the happiness in your smile and feel the love in your heart.
Services for Melissa will be held at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect Street, Vernon/Rockville CT on Saturday, 2/3/2024. Calling hours are from 12pm-3pm with a Service at 3pm. For online condolences please visit: www.pietrasfuneralhome.com
