Michael Anthony Obituary
ANTHONY, Michael Jeffrey Michael Jeffrey Anthony, 20, of Rocky Hill, entered into eternal peace with the Lord on Sunday, (January 21, 2007) at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Hartford, the son of Jeffrey Anthony and Dawn Rugar. Besides his parents, he is survived by his beloved grandparents, Jane and Ted Anthony with whom he made his home and who gave him their unwavering love and support. Also a sister, Samantha Anthony and his aunts and uncles, Karen and Jon Park of Guilford, Susan Brousseau of Berlin, Judi and Ken Judson of Durham and cousins, Jessica, Jaclyn, Jamie and Jenna Brousseau, Tristan and Jordan Park, Rachael and Kyle Judson. He also leaves his maternal grandmother Marlene, two aunts Debra and Charlene, an uncle, David of Florida. Michael graduated from Rocky Hill High School in 2004 and was a happy, free spirited young man who enjoyed life to its fullest. He had a great appreciation for music and love for cars. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 25, at 10 a.m. from Rose Hill Funeral Home, 580 Elm Street, Rocky Hill, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Church, Rocky Hill. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home TODAY, from 4-8 p.m. Michael will be greatly missed by all who knew him. PEACE.

To The Anthony Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of Michael. Losing one we love is never easy, particularly when they are so young, or when it is sudden. While I did not know Michael, I do know what a wonderful family you are. That will help you to survive this. Lean on each other, and lean on your faith. I was deeply saddened to hear of Michael's passing. I'm truly sorry for your loss. Though I hadn't spoken to him in quite some time, I'll never forget how we became friends in kindergarden and how the newspaper took our picture. I still have it. He was always very nice to me. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.

Mike was an amazing person he always had a smile on his face no matter what.He was an amazing dresser with a great style and i cant forget he loved Bling Bling. Right paps and grams? The love he had for his music was so powerful. Mike meant the world to me and I was always there for him when he needed some one! He was one of my bestfriends now hes my angel. Its been awhile since I've seen him but I had just talk to him a few days ago to see how he was. Things happenen so quick but I beleive god takes the good ones for a reason! Michael and I were really close. I can hear his laugh and think about how i hated when he spit but then he got me spitting. I will always remember him and never forget him he will be with me and thought about everyday. Always and forever my little gansta!

I am deeply sorry to hear about the loss of Mike. I wish there was something I could say to make this better, but I know there isn't. I just had a tough young death in my family in Oct. So I can understand how you all are feeling. It's times like these that will bring you together to share all the memories of love, sorrow, anger, and joy that everyone shared with Mike. And as you gather those memories place them in a little circle of love, that will forever bond you to him. And as time passes use those memories to bring light to your darkness, and calmness to your sorrows. I am very sad my brother died.He was always very,very special to me.He was my one and only brother.I loved him very much and I was so sad when I heard what happened.I hope god takes very good care of him in heaven.I know how he loved music and cars so much.If I was home when he was I could always hear his music right as I walked in the front door.Either that or I would see him putting up posters of cars when I walked in his room.He would always make me laugh when I was sad.I LOVED him so much. I just don't have words to explain how saddened I am by Mike passing. I have known him since the 7th grade and he was never anything less than fun, happy, spontaneous, a good friend with a great heart. I am going to miss him so much.
