How saddened I was to read of Nick's passing ... my thoughts and prayers are very much with you and the kids at this most difficult time of dealing with such a great loss in your lives. My prayers are also sent heavenward ... that Nick may now be enjoying to the fullest the joy and the blessings of a life lived following Christ. Dear Dee and family,
The pane of glass echoes the glare of the sun. A solitary figure is reflected in the smooth surface
Yet somehow he does not stand alone.
With each friend, each love, each foe that we meet, a thread is woven into the fabric that creates our hearts.
Some threads are strong and will not yield. Others are thin and easily broken. Some threads are full of the color of life. Others are muted tones of strength.
Some threads are long and deeply imbedded.Others are short and end suddenly. Some threads brought laughter as they weaved.
Others brought tears to cleanse the fabric. Some were so deeply inserted that they were often hard to see.
Others always lie close to this surface.
In the reflection I see my heart. It is my faces that stare back at me
But in my eyes I see the reflection of threads that has completed my soul.
Our prayers are with you.
