Peter Losnes

Peter Losnes, 55, of Egypt in Clinton, husband of Carol (Stanley) Losnes, died Friday, (July 5, 2002) at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven. Born in Middletown on Oct. 22, 1946, he was the son of Josephine (Marcinek) Losnes and the late Carl Losnes. Peter was a lifetime resident of Clinton and a member of The Mystic Carvers Club and an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. Besides his loving wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Matthew Losnes of Clinton and Raymond Losnes of Clinton; a brother, Gene Losnes of Staunton, VA; and a sister, Roberta Kelsey of Winchester, VA. Family and friends may gather Wednesday evening, July 10, 6-8 p.m. at the Swan F.H., 80 East Main St., Clinton. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Clinton Volunteer Fire Dept., 35 E. Main St., Clinton or the Clinton Police Dept., 48 E. Main St., Clinton.
