Raymond Green Obituary



Our hearts are broken. Our beloved father and husband, Raymond Green, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, January 21, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Durham, NC to the late Cleo and Beatrice (Barnett) Green, he is survived by his wife Audrey A. Green of Bloomfield, Daughters: Annetta Green of Windsor, Aretha Green of Farmington, Joyce Green-Gamble of Windsor and Deborah Hinton of Baltimore,Maryland. Nine grandchildren: Ashley, Jovon, Durrell, Tiffany, Malcolm, Azua , Shemar, Iesha and Scottie. Three great grandchildren: Alex, Jayden and Harmony. He is also survived by his 4 sisters Shirleen Cates, Edith Brown, Betty Royster and Cora Green and 4 surviving brothers Cleo Green, Jr., Milton Green, Earl Green and Ronald Green and a great many other relatives and friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Anna Lois Hughes and Angie Harris. Services will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 10 AM at Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave Windsor followed by burial in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
