Dear Jerry & Michael: It was with much sadness that Nancy and I heard about Raymond's passing. We were on vacation and did not get word until our return so we were unable to attend the funeral. Please know that we would have been there if we had been home.
Please accept our deepest sympathy. May God bless you with strength and peace during this difficult time.

My deepest condolences to Marc and Lori and the rest of Ray's family. Ray, I will miss you very much. You were a great person and a great friend. You enjoyed life and made others enjoy it just by being in your company. Here are a few things I will never forget about some great times we had... Bruce Springsteen's Born in the USA while driving to the Cape... Ray exclaiming, "Bobby, Bobby... what did you do? what did you do?" as a police cruiser drove past us... Hot tubs and pizza at Lee's... Fantasy Baseball (Southwood Timbers, finally a champion)... Misquamicut... Y2K consulting (Ray built the system in 1970, and he had to come back and make it Y2K compatible... no one knew it would still be working 30 years later or even how it worked!)... the wooden shoe and our money clips from the Wellfleet flea market... and many, many more. Thanks Ray, for making my life a better one. You will be missed by many. May God bless you and your family. Carry on.

Marc, Laurie, and family,
As you know, we worked with Ray for close to 20 years, but more important, became friends with him. He never asked for anything, but always gave so much to others, as you very well know. He supported Mom and family for so many years; then when he couldn't do that any more, he helped you guys out with your new families as best he could. He also helped educate many people at work including me. We feel fortunate that we were able to be his friend for so many years, Softball and Volleyball at work, Fenway Park, Husky Hoop Games, Patriots, Foxwoods, countless rounds of golf, New Hampshire, Cape Cod, Christmas/New Years/Travelers Parties and a million laughs. We know he is in heaven with Mom whom he missed so much. He will be missed by us as well.

I cant even begin to explain what Ray was like as a neighbor. I was leaning to the word "Perfect." He was a wonderful guy to all of my family, and he will never be forgotten. God Bless all of his family and friends.
