When we moved to Simsbury Manor, Bob was the very first neighbor we met. He came across the street and introduced himself as Bob, with one “o”. He had a terrific sense of humor and He and Lice were wonderful neighbors for 10 years.

Dear Beth & family. I'm so sorry to read about your dad's passing. May a flood of happy memories sustain you & your sisters & your mom throughout the coming days as you say goodbye to such a wonderful man.
Though I'm sad we lost touch over the years it brought a smile to my face to read that you're a grandma!

Bob and Alice always brought a ray of sunshine to Denise and me. Bob ("With one O") was an encyclopedia of humorous jokes and anecdotes, some of them very old, so old that much like certain fashions, they were coming back around. Bob was genuinely and sincerely on your side. Bob and Alice adopted out little dog, Marley, when we were moving to Vermont after they had babysat for us during the house sale process and it became obvious that their care and affection for her was overwhelming and Marley knew it. I have known very few people that were so genuinely warm, giving and loving as Bob. His love for Alice was always out front on display for all to see. He will be truly missed and thought of often in the Wilson household.
With Love,
Mike & Denise
