this makes me so sad. i was having a "i wonder what ever happened to..." moment and googled Bob's name, and found myself here. Robert Spiro was my boss when i was 18. I worked for him - when his secretary retired, i became his secretary, and when he relocated (briefly) to new york, he got me a job there, too. when he went back to georgia, he made sure i could stay in new york where, at the time, i thrived. i lived there until 2004. Robert Spiro had faith in me, supported me and gave me opportunity to improve my life. I am forever grateful and have thought of him often. Rest In Peace, Robert.
