I will always remember "Mr. Stubbs" with a smile.

During my years at St. Mary School, he was one of the "special ones." Perhaps it was because he treated us as "persons" instead of "kids."

May he rest in peace. May God send angels to comfort you and His grace to help you comfort each other.

To the Stubbs Family,

I just learned of "Mr. Stubbs" passing, please accept my deepest sympathy for you all.

He could always get a rise out of me during our St. Mary's days with a wink :). What touched me the most, though, was seeing him once years after my St. Mary's days, and his remembering that little ritual.

I'll keep you all in my prayers.

Bob was a great man. When I was a student at St Mary's back in 1962 I,would help Bob set up chairs and tables in the school gym for events. To this day I,don't think I have ever folded and unfolded as many tables and chairs in my life.He always did it with a smile and would laugh and joke all through the work.He will be missed.

Bob was a great guy. I have many memories of him as I was an early teen in his days at St. Mary's. He would let us drive his jeep around the grounds even though we were only thirteen. It was good times and Bob with his ever present smile made them even better.

I first met "Mr. Stubbs" 48 years ago when I walked the same path to St. Mary's School every day. His residence was close to the school, and although he was busy with work, he always managed to greet us nerdy kids with a smile and a wave. What a warm welcome before we entered class! Who knew that many years later his son would marry my youngest sister. I will always remember the courtesy and respect he extended to all.
Deepest sympathy to all his family and special friends....
