Dear Shirley and your wonderful family....

(I feel I can say that because I was lucky enough to be a guest at your house for David and Judy's engagement party) my deepest sympathy is extended to you and yours....I will never forget what a wonderful time I had at your house -- a true meeting of cultures, African American and Latino ...And you and Robert made it perfect!

Doreen and Gloria are some of the best friends any of us could hope for....I know they love you and your family, Shirley. Lean on us....If I can do anything....Anything at all, I'll come right away. 860-521-9060 is my home number. I would also like to let Judy and David know, especially, that I am keeping them, as well, in my prayers. I have come to love them over the years, and am so very proud of their maturity and spirituality. Again....Never think that you are alone, Shirley. Robert is safe in the "Everlasting Arms", and you are safe in ours.

With sympathy and love,

Ellen Richardson

Shirley, I am so sorry to hear about your and the families loss. I know that there aren't really any comforting words at this moment but believe me when I say that the Lord will definitely give you all the strength necessary to move forward. The strength necessary to carry out all of the missions that you and Robert created as a family along with your own new missions. My deepest sympathy. WeeWee

Dear Shirley and Family-

I am so sorry for your loss. Roberto was a kind man and always had something nice to say. When my father Narciso passed 15 years ago Roberto was there for me and tried to comfort me by telling me funny stories about my Dad. I was told back then that when our time comes we must have reached perfection. Only perfect people move on to Heaven.

Somehow the Lord needed him.I know the pain you have and I know what you are feeling and I am so sorry for this. May God Bless Roberto and all of you.

My thoughts are with you..

Your Cousin

Shirley and Family,

Is always so hard to say the right things, at a time of a great lost, my heart goes out to you and his family. Why does God let bad things happen to good people? "We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." I share from my heart my own pain suffering, God loves us unconditionally and will not abandon us in our hour of need. Find comfort in the lord and keep His prayer close to your heart.

God Bless

I cannot express into words my deepiest sympathy for you and the kids. I've been there and I know with the depth of my soul the pain your going through. As much as I thought you two were so opposite you truely were allot alike and brought together by God. You both valued family life in the simpliest sincerest ways. Don't ever change. Robert was everything a man, father, and husband should be. I love you and the kids very much and I promise I will be there for you whenever you need me.
