To the Flint Family-
I didn't know Mrs. Flint well, I had only met her at a party at the Flint house last summer. Also, having worked with Shannon for so long, I feel like I know her!! She was a "hot ticket"!!! All that energy....I'm half her age and I don't have half as much energy as that woman had!!! The one thing I do know about her is that her family was the most important thing in her life. She lived for all of you. Please know she will never leave your side. You will feel her presence. Trust me, I know from experience. Her spirit will never leave you.
Your all in my prayers.

I have been trying for days to find the right words to say about my Auntie Ro and I still don’t think I have found them. She was so many things to so many people. She was my mom’s best friend, my uncles’ older sister, my cousins’ biggest support and the list goes on. But what my Auntie Ro was to me was someone who I could always count on. Someone who, after I moved, would cook me my favorite meal whenever I came to visit because she knew I missed my family and my mom’s cooking. Someone who held my hand during my grandmother’s funeral and told me how strong I was. Someone who could make me laugh. Someone who always told me how much she loved me and my family. She was so many things to so many people but the one constant about her is that everyone who knew her loved her.
The past few days have been among the hardest of my life. Saying good-bye to someone who means so much to you and watching the people you love grieve is a very hard thing to do.
To the Flints, I am so sorry and I hope you know that I love you all and I am always here for you.
To my Auntie Ro, there are so many times when I was driving by and I wanted to call or visit and I didn’t. I wish now I had. And I wish I had one last chance to say I love you and thank you. But, I am not worried because I know Coo Coo Pa is taking care of you now that you are an angel. And every time I see a rainbow, I will know its you saying you are doing good and that heaven is clean.

Ro, you left us too early, there must be a real good reason why?
You will always be a great sister, a real good aunt, a terrific wife, a proud mother and grandmother.
Whenever I would call to talk, I would ask you how the kids were doing and you would talk so proudly of each one. You have such a great love for all of your family and it would show just how much you care.
I must go back a few years to when Dad was sick. After Muriel left us, Dad got real sick and he needed a lot of help. I must say that you put your family and your life on hold to take care of Dad. We all thank you for giving 110% of yourself to make sure Dad was taken care of. I just cannot imagine how you did all that you did for Dad day after day until the day he left us. All your daily trips to Norwood from Connecticut to make sure all was ok. I could go on but we all know the sacrifice you gave to make sure dad was ok. This makes you something special and yes this is leading up to something. As I said in the beginning, there must be a real good reason that you have left us so early and the only reason I can think of is "God needed another angel and I must say you are the perfect angel."
As I said to Dad, I will say to you, "This is not good-bye, just see you later.
Until we all meet again, take care and God bless you. We will all miss you and we all love you very much.
Love Always
Your Brother,
Ricky

I wish that I could find words to take away the pain of losing such an incredible woman. My mother in law never thought twice about all that she did for Derek and I, along with everyone else in her family. From taking us into her home every weekend over the last year to all the planning that she did for our wedding, our happiness was all that mattered. Her time with us was all to short, but she made an impact that will last a lifetime. I will miss you!!!

I will miss my Auntie Ro very much. We had so many great times together. Like the time we bought matching pj's that didn't match. She was wonderful with my son and he loved her very much he keeps telling me she's an angel now and I do believe that. There are no words to describe how terrible we all feel that she's gone. This was unexpected and we're all still in shock. We will get through this and keep her alive in our hearts and minds forever. I love and miss you Auntie Ro. Alison

My dearest wishes to the whole Flint family. Having grown up with you folks the last 10 years has this one hit close to home and brings back memories of a few years back when the roles were reversed. You are a strong knit family whose love for each other is most admirable and will be most precious in the times to come. Please know that my thoughts are with you all and that anything you need - the girls and I are there. Much love, Suzy

Thank you all for your support during this time. My Mom was the most amazing woman I have ever known, she was also my best friend with whom I shared everything. She raised a wonderfully close and loving family and should be so proud of everything she has done for us. It seems that everyone who knew her, even those who only met her once or twice recognized what an amazing person she was. Her love for her family and friends was the center of her world. She lived to take care of us and make sure we had the best of everything. Our happiness was her only concern in life, and for that we are forever grateful. She was the funnest person in the world to be around and the most loving human being I have ever known. Our lives will never be the same without her here, but we will think of her and love her every single moment. I miss you so much Mom and I can only pray that I will grow up to be half as wonderful as you are. I love you so much and can't wait to see you again.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Ro and the fun we had watching our girls take dancing lessons at Alyce Carella and the recital "picnics" we'd plan. She always had a smile and her spunky spirit was like a breath of fresh air. She could talk about her children for hours and never lose the smile. I know she will be missed. I was privileged to have known her.
