BAILEY, Roy Lee
Roy Lee Bailey, son of the late James and Gussie Bailey. He was born in Marianna Florida, Jackson County on July 4, 1934 and departed January 8, 2013. He worked as a Car Detailer in Willimantic for numerous years. He leaves to mourn his loving wife, Nelsie Bailey of Willimantic; three sisters, Mae Evelyn White of Cottondale, FL, Dorothy Phillon of Tampa, FL and Mary Martin of Hartford, CT, sister-in-law, Dora Bailey of Hartford, CT; four daughters, Annie Louis "Allen" Saulter of West Palm Beach, FL, Alice "Clarence" Harris of Orlando, FL,Sabrina "Warren" Keenan of Tampa, FL and Eugenia "Ricky" Mack Ellenton of Florida, a son, Bryant Watson of Willimantic, CT, twenty one grandkids, Special Acknowledgement to Enoch V. Bailey and Dallas C. Bailey, ten great grandchildren, two brothers preceded him in death, James and Sam Bailey, two sisters preceded him in death, Kate Russ and Earleen Tensler, a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
His family will receive relatives and friends on Monday January 14, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Willimantic, 199 Valley St., Willimantic with funeral services beginning at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in the New Willimantic Cemetery.
