Ruth Eno

Ruth Kast Eno, 96, formerly of Wethersfield and Rocky Hill, widow of Robert Everett Eno passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Marlborough Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marlborough. She was born in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Ernest and Anna (Bleistein) Kast. Ruth was a graduate of Hartford High School and worked for many years in the libraries of the Wethersfield elementary schools. Ruth leaves, her loving daughter, Nancy R. Eno of Wethersfield; her granddaughter, Stacy Sikorski and her husband Nick of North Granby and her two great-grandchildren, Rhys and Brynn Sikorski. She was predeceased by a brother, Ernest B. Kast and two sisters, Dorothy Roberts and Aletha Fredricks. The Eno family would like to thank all the wonderful staff at The Residence at Ferry Park for their loving care and friendship over the last four years. Also, many thanks to the staff at Marlborough Health and Rehabilitation Center for their care and support at the end of Ruth's life. Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please have a chocolate bar in Ruth's memory.
