Sally Wayler Obituary

Sally (Dawnorowtz) Wayler of Rocky Hill, beloved wife of 56 years to the late Edward B. Wayler, Sr. died Sunday (October 13, 2002) in Maple View Manor. She was born in Rockville, daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Kubilis) Dawnorowtz and lived most of her life in Wethersfield, before moving to the Bridges at the Green in Rocky Hill. She is survived by a son, Edward B. Wayler Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline of Windsor Locks; a daughter, Janice W. Chasse and her husband, Richard of Berlin; three grandchildren, Sharon Wayler, Donna Wayler and Kendra Chasse; and two great-grandchildren, Justin and Shaylin Wayler. She also leaves two brothers, Stanley Downs of Windsor Locks and Henry Dawnorowtz of Colchester; and a sister, Louise Skinner of Orange City, FL; as well as several nieces and nephews. Sally was predeceased by two brothers, Edward Dawnorowtz and Peter Dawnorowtz; and two sisters, Bertha Beaulieu and Regina Evaniski. The funeral will be held Wednesday, October 16, at 9:15 a.m. from the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, Popieluszko Ct Hartford. Burial will be in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8:30 p.m. TODAY.
