Scott A. Battisto

1954 - 2022

Scott A Battisto, 68, of Estero, FL., formerly of Manchester, CT. and New Rochelle NY., passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2022. Born December 21, 1954, in Manhattan NY., to Lillian (Mangone) Battisto of New Britain, CT. (deceased) and Dr. Jack Battisto of Niagara Falls, NY. (deceased) he is survived by his son Christopher Battisto, his brother and best friend Jeth Battisto, his sister-in-law Debbie Battisto, his niece Jessica Battisto, and a number of cousins and close friends. Scott was a 1976 graduate of Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a 2002 graduate of American International College with a Master's in Education. He spent several years as a Paralegal Aid in Brooklyn, NY., followed by almost 15 years as a Securities Broker in Connecticut, but the majority of his career and his passion was spent working as a teacher in a variety of schools in the Connecticut area. Scott had a passion for history, and enjoyed reading, talking writing and arguing about politics, playing the weekly football ticket, following the stock market, and fishing. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers or donations Scott requested that you vote Republican in at least the next two elections.
