My thoughts go to out to Maria, Scott's sons and family. I miss his bigger than life personality and his friendship. We were more than cousins and for all of that and the memories of years working together, I'm grateful.

You being the tallest and me the shortest in the family makes a special bond. A fond memory was going to Pope Park flying kites. You would take my kite and reach it way up in the sky. Being you passed on Robin' s birthday I'm guessing your probably dancing in the skys together. RIP cousin

My dear baby cousin, Maria, Chris, Danny & the Theriault family, Words escape the feelings I´m trying express at this difficult time. Scott, "the quiet big guy sitting in the chair" will surely be missed. My family had the pleasure of watching the Theriault´s grow up with us until we all were connected for life through marriage. Scott was so kind, well-known & respected in the Parkville community. Praying that you all find strength & comfort during your time of grief & mourning. Heaven has gained another Angel. R.I.P. Scott, you will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to Maria, Chris, Danny, Jeff, Greg and Scott's extended family for their loss. Scott and I have a very long history, almost 50 years, as friends first, cousins, and co-workers. When I returned to Hartford in 1974 from Ireland, I worked with Scott when he was only 18 for his father Jed at his store on Park Street. Years later, when Scott opened his store on New Park Avenue, I worked with him for a number of years in the antiques business. We rode around together a lot, buying and selling all manner of items. I remember those years with my cousin as some of the best years of my life. I loved the business and I'm grateful to have spent so many years working with Scott doing what we both loved. I was always impressed by his devotion to his family, they were always a priority with him. He treasured his many friends, and he was the first to extend a hand to help any of them when they needed it. I'll miss him very much and will always consider myself to have been very lucky to have had Scott, not only as family, but as my friend.
Happy trails, Scotty Edmund, the world is a little poorer for your passing.

Scott was fun to banter with, as he was a smart, witty, savvy, guy, knowledgeable about so much of life and world happenings . . . He will be greatly missed by many!

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of Scott. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. I had just heard at a meeting on Tuesday from other friends of Bill's that Scott was sick. I met Scott in the mid to late 1980's. He used to have get togethers at the house on the shore down by the water. We went to a lot of functions back then together with Joe Tony, John M. , Tommy G. , John K. We would travel to functions all over the state back then. We kind of lost touch over the years, everyone gets wrapped up in their own lives. We would run into each other and talk about our lives and the families. Scott was a great friend and I know he will be missed by all. I offer my condolences to the extended Theriault family.

Sending love and sympathy to Maria and Scott's whole family. Scott went out of his way to connect with people and made sure to spend time with us every time we were in Connecticut. He took us on some fun drives and would call me at random times to tell me something funny or just check in. He will be greatly missed by so many, including us.
Fly high, cousin Scott.

I have known Scott for almost 45 years . He was 20 years old when I met him at his fathers furniture store . We hit it off right away. We did business right up to a few weeks ago. Most importantly he was a friend . We talked about the business and laughed about how much fun and silly it could be at times . He was very proud of his entire family. I watched two of his sons grow and Maria be very loyal . He was a great father , husband , and Estate dealer. He loved doing deals with his dealers and customers and always wanted everyone to be happy . He will be missed by so many friends . I could say so many more great things about Scott . My fond memories of Scott will stay with me for ever .
Peace and love to the entire family.
