Solomon Cicero Obituary
Solomon leaves to cherish his memory his daughters India T. Cicero, Dr. Ceylon M. Cicero and his son Solomon C. Cicero, Jr.; his grandsons, Julian S. Cicero, Teigen G. Green and Chace C. Green; his granddaughter, Ihsan K. Cicero; his brothers Duane Cicero and the late Dale Cicero, and a host of other close relatives and friends.
Sol's family will receive friends and family on Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 8:30 am- 9:00am, followed by a celebration of life at 9am, at Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, CT. Sol was a wonderful person. He was a great teacher when I had him. I was very lucky that my mom taught with him for so many years. My mother always spoke about him in such a positive way that I found out that everyone thought of him as one of the best teachers that ever taught at Bloomfield High School. My mother has so many great memories of Sol that I love to hear her speak about him . Through the years she really considered him a great friend ! I send my condolences to the family and I pray everyone gets through this.

Mr Cicero was my art teacher at Bloomfield Junior HS in the early eighties. The art room was my favourite place in the school during those years. His calm teaching style and laugh made such an impression on me. He opened my eyes to new techniques and ways of thinking about my art and helped me to see that a life and career in design and the arts was possible.
My sympathies are with his family... May his memory be a blessing.
