Sondra Y. Lay, 46 of Wethersfield, CT passed away on November 14, 2015. She was born to Samuel E. Lay and Bennye M. Turner in Hartford, CT on April 18, 1969. Sondra is survived by brothers Sylvester (Brenda) Turner, Taariq Jaamal, sisters, Lori (Ronnie)Williams, Michelle (Randy) Griffith, Regina McCoy and a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will take place, Monday, November 23, 2015 at 12pm at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 319 Barbour St., Hartford, CT with a calling hour 10am-12pm.
