An outstanding officer and a real gentleman. I enjoyed many a conversation with Steve and his manner was always caring and thoughtful. He was helping me to start the Hartford Chapter of POI and was concerned about his fellow officers and eager to help them with their future. God Bless this gentle soul.

My prayers to the Warren Family. I've only known Steve since mid-Sept 2014 when I started working for the State. He ALWAYS had a smile on his face and was a welcoming site to see first thing in the morning and throughout the day! God has another Angel in heaven. Sorry for your loss.
