The years have passed since Susan died, yet I think of her often. She was a true friend who helped me through some hard times. Moreover, we shared many a laugh. She told me that as long as you, remember someone who has died they will live on.

This weekend is Hall High School's 55th reunion, and on the website I read of Susan's death and immediately teared up although we have not been friends for more than 50 years. We grew up around the corner from each other, and my last memory is of Susan and me sitting on the floor of her room listening to Frank Sinatra whom she loved. I'm so glad she had a happy life filled with love of family and friends, that she met her goals and enjoyed the goodness life offers which sadly was all taken too early. My condolences to the family.

I owe everything I am today to this stunning, giving, gracious woman, who, with Elliott, opened her home and heart to me - and never stopped. She will be sorely missed by family and her hundreds of friends.

Dear Elliott and Family,
So sorry to hear about your beloved wife. She was such a wonderful person. When Susan was present she would light up the room with happiness. May she rest in piece. I have many fond memories of her.
