Proud of her Polish heritage, she was a member of the former Polish Womens' Alliance and enjoyed to Polka and prepare traditional Polish fare for family and friends alike. Most importantly, she was a devoted and involved mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed. She is survived by three daughters, Joanne Wozniak and Dolores Tarnowski, both of Colchester, and Diane and husband, Richard Lamb of Amston; a brother, Chester Chmiel of Florida; eight grandchildren, Paul, Michelle, Michael and Brian Wozniak and Ryan, Kelly, Brendan and Sean Lamb; a great granddaughter, Karli; and numerous extended family members and friends. Dolores,

I worked with you at COVS for 2 years and remember how devoted you were to your Mom and extend my deepest sympathy to you and your family during this sadness. Although I never met your mother, I did have the pleasure of speaking to her on the phone and remember how warm, friendly, and genuine she came across - - to me, a stranger - - just the sort of person I would have enjoyed knowing. She is lovingly enveloped in the arms of God looking out for and protecting her family she leaves behind. God bless you all through this most difficult of times.
