I knew ted in his last years when I would see him at haddam meadows, either
hitting a golf ball with the club on his shoulders, or driving his jeep and stopping to say hello. He would always have a biscuit for my dog,and would chat about something or other. All the
old timers that frequented the meadows knew and liked ted. He always had some
nice thoughts on some topic and I looked forward to seeing him. He is missed!!

Matt, My deepest sympathy to you and family. Remember meeting him and conversing many times at the "meadows". He always enjoyed seeing Maui, both when hitting his golf balls around the meadows, or when passing by in his car. He always made sure to stop and greet us and that Maui got a treat.A wonderful person to have made acquaintance with.

Mr. Kulak was one of the finest gentleman I'd ever met. As one of his original students at the Vinal Tech school in Essex, Ted was a guiding light for me for four years and helped mold my future success. This country has lost one of its best. Thank you Ted for your service...may you rest in peace.
