TODZIA, Theresa Rita (Guerrette) Theresa Rita (Guerrette) Todzia, 77, of Tucson, AZ, died on Monday (February 9, 2004). She was the widow of Anthony C. Todzia with whom she enjoyed 50 wonderful years of marriage. Born in New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Alfred and Edmay (Picard) Guerrette and resided in Trumbull and Newington before moving to Tucson, AZ. Theresa volunteered at the Newington Library and was active with the Newington Senior Center. She is survived by her children, William Todzia and his wife Gloria, of Tucson, Andrew Todzia, of Enfield, Carol Todzia and her husband William Anderson, of San Diego, CA, Susan Laveway and her husband Timothy, of Las Vegas, NV; four grandchildren, Helen and Jesse Anderson, Katherine Laveway and Sophia Todzia; her sister, Jeannine Guerette, of West Hartford, another sister, Alice Voisine; and a brother J. E. Guerrette, both of Frederickton, New Brunswick, Canada. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 6, 10 a.m. in the Church of the Holy Spirit, Newington. Private interment services will be held in West Meadow Cemetery, Newington. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Assoc., 2550 U.S. Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902. I was saddened to hear about Terry's passing. She and I worked side by side for many years. I can hear her wonderful voice in my ear even now. She gave much to the Firm and to me. I, along with the many co-workers with whom she worked, will miss her.
