Thomas R. Theriault

Thomas R. Theriault, 96, of Southington, CT, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at HOCC at New Britain. He was the beloved husband of Wanda (Sroka)Theriault, who predeceased him in 1983. Thomas was born on March 23, 1927 in Milldale, CT to the late Charles and Florence (Clark) Theriault and had been a lifelong Southington resident. Tom proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He worked for the Southington Highway Department, retiring after 37 years of service. He was a longtime parishioner at St. Dominic's Church in Southington and a member of the American Legion, Kiltonic Post 72. Thomas is survived by his son, John Theriault of East Haven, one brother, James Theriault and his wife Anne of Southington, one sister, Joan King of Glastonbury, brother-in-law, Donald Dorman of Forestville, sister-in-law, Josephine Theriault of Plantsville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife Wanda, Thomas was predeceased by his daughter, Debra Pelletier, his son, Gary Theriault, 3 brothers: Charles Theriault (Ginny), Burton Theriault and Francis Theriault (Joan) and one sister, June Dorman.
