Timothy Raymond Gorman

Timothy Raymond Gorman, 54, of Manchester died unexpectedly on Monday, October 1, 2018 at his home. Tim was born on June 26, 1964 in Dayton, OH, the son of Edwin G. Gorman and the late Joan (Wollenhaupt) Gorman. He grew up in South Windsor and graduated from South Windsor High School in 1982. Tim worked most of his life in sales. He was a happy, outgoing, charismatic and social man who loved his family. A loving and devoted father, his children were very special to him. He was a hard worker and had a talent for cooking. Tim was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed. Along with his father, Edwin of Manchester, he leaves his son Travis Gorman of Vernon; his daughter, Danielle Gorman of Manchester; his siblings, Todd Gorman and his wife Valerie Taylor of South Windsor, Gina Renee Gorman and her wife Laura of Simsbury, and Thomas Gorman and his wife Wendy of South Windsor; and his nephew and niece, Patrick and Meghan Gorman of South Windsor. His family will receive friends on Saturday, October 13, 2018, from 3-5 p.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor.
