Tony Reveron

Tony Reveron, 62, of New Britain, husband of Kelly (McGowan), passed away Friday (July 30) peacefully at his home. Born in New Haven, he lived in New Britain since 2014. Tony was a graduate of Lee High School, class of 1977, and served with the Army National Guard for fifteen years. A former employee in the Security Department of Electric Boat in Groton, he worked for the Connecticut Corrections Department for ten years and later at APT Foundation in New Haven for the past five years. Tony was an active motorcycle enthusiast and was a semi-professional trumpeter with an endless sense of humor. Besides his wife Kelly, he leaves a son, Jaired Reveron of Hebron; two daughters, Stefany Reveron of Queens, NY and Nichole Reveron of Cherry Hill, NJ; two brothers, Victor Reveron in North Carolina and Jose Reveron in Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren, Ty, Cruz and Aziza and an eagerly awaited fourth grandson; several nieces and nephews. Tony was predeceased by three brothers, William Gray Jr., Derek Reveron and Pedro Reveron. Calling hours are Friday 4 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Home, 45 Franklin Square, New Britain.
