Dear Pat,
Jan told me about Bill's sudden passing. I can't imagine how painful this must be for you, and I am deeply sorry for your loss. Bill looks like a lovely person in the photograph, and I was interested to read about his fishing expertise. I hope that happy memories of your years together comfort you in the days ahead.
With my deep sympathy,
Marilyn

Bill was a best friend of mine from High School. I am deeply saddened to hear that he gone. We shared so many adventures together and he was always ready to go and he always had my back. We were friends. I will never forget him.
