Bill was one of our instructors up at Harvard Ellis Tech from 1990 to 1993. He was a great guy and a damn good teacher. If you were an honest and dedicated student he would have your back no matter what came down. He did that for me more than once. I will never forget that nor how ell he taught those of us who wanted to really learn from him. Rest in peace Bill. I hope you fly with the angels up there now !

Bill certainly touched many peoples lives. He was a great friend, as well as a great mechanic to all his flying buddies. I'm glad he got to "smell the roses" before they threw them on him.
He left us with many wonderful memories.

We really enjoyed your visits with us in Florida. Bill always kept up a lively conversation and just fit in no matter who he was with. May he rest in peace, and may his family be consoled in the wonderful memories that he left.
God bless you, Ruth.

My condolences goes out to Bill's entire family. I knew Bill's Dad when he was involved in Ham Radio and at the airport. As a pilot I enjoyed the Simmon family company. Bill was a big asset to Putnam and the aviation community. He will be remembered and I will keep his family in my prayers.
