Michael Dye Obituary
Bassfield - Michael "Dale" Dye, 62, of Bassfield passed away on September 6, 2018 at his home. Visitation will be Sunday, September 9, 2018 from 1:30 P.M. until service at 3 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal, followed by burial in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Dye was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Bassfield. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He loved to hunt, fish, and his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Kathleen Dye; a brother, Jerry Wayne Dye, Sr.; a sister, Wanda Alumbaugh; a nephew, Eric Dye; his step-daughter, Vanessa Hanegan; and his father-in-law, Bill Deen.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Dye of Bassfield; a brother, Tommy (Kathy) Dye of Runnelstown; a sister, Shirley Miller of Petal; a brother, Darryl (Tammie) Dye of Petal; his mother-in-law, Faye Deen of Bassfield; his step-grandson, Brady Hanegan; ten nieces and nephews; and a close family friend, Roger Blancey of Ovett.
