Charles Bartolomeo Obituary

It is with profound sorrow yet with gratitude for his well-lived life, we announce the passing of Charles Bartolomeo, on October 21, 2024. Born on September 19, 1936, Charles was a compassionate, loving, and inspiring individual whose legacy will forever be etched into the hearts and minds of his loved ones.
Charles was a talented business owner who ignited the beauty industry in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where he was a revered pioneer from 1978 until his retirement. His passion for his work was infectious, and he took immense pleasure in teaching his students, reveling in their successes as if they were his own. Charles was a world champion hairstylist, a testament to his progressive approach in his industry. Beyond his professional accomplishments. His love for his family was paramount, and the joy he found in family gatherings was palpable.
His Sicilian heritage, passed down from his immigrant parents, Frank and Francis, was a source of great pride. Charles inherited their love for people, and his generous spirit was evident in his numerous contributions to the Lake Havasu City community. He spearheaded several events, many being the first of their kind in the area. He loved hearing people's stories, sharing meals, and providing unwavering support to his friends and family in both good times and bad.
Charles cherished his family above all. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lee Bartolomeo, and their three children. He was a proud grandfather to 15 grandchildren. Charles is also survived by his dear sisters as well as three nephews, two nieces in New York, and his cherished goddaughter. His life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and dedication. His legacy will continue to inspire all who knew him.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Acacia Hospice and the incredible team at Foundation Home Health. Your compassion, dedication, and support during this time have made a profound difference. Thank you for your unwavering care and for going above and beyond to ensure comfort and dignity. We truly appreciate everything you do.

Deepest condolences to the family. When i was a little girl going to the beauty shop with my mom, I thought Lillo was a dr because of his white coat. I would scream and cry until his sisters, Angie and Mattea, took me to the store next door. So many memories with him and his family. RIP Lillo. God bless to the family. Carmelina from Phoenix, AZ
