James Ross Obituary

James Thomas ("Tom") Ross passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 75 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Tom was born on November 7, 1949 in San Diego, California to Harold C. Ross and Susie Maxine Ross. He was raised in San Diego, California. His youth was spent surfing, dirt bik-ing, and travelling to Rio Hardy, Mexico with his uncles, aunts and many cousins.

Tom served in the US Army from 1970-1972. He had a variety of jobs and hobbies, includ-ing building and flying hot air balloons, racing RC cars, painting with watercolors and sail-ing. He had a deep love for music, which he expressed in a variety of ways from seeing his favorite bands playing live to crafting the perfect home stereo system.

Tom settled in Garden Grove, California near his parents to raise his two daughters. He re-tired from Rima Enterprises in 2010.

Tom moved to Lake Havasu City in 2020 to satisfy his dream of retiring to the desert to enjoy the heat and beautiful scenery. He loved his time in the desert, especially riding side-by-sides and watching the sunsets from his back patio.

Tom is survived by his loving partner of 25 years, Ivy Kreuz, his two daughters Jessica (Matt) Ross and Lindsay (Michael) Ross, and one beautiful granddaughter, Eden.
