Danny Ray Dillion, age 56, of Rowdy, passed away June 28 at UK Medical Center in Lexington.
He was the son of the late James F. Dillion and the late Polly Fields Dillion. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia Dillion.
He is survived by his wife: Tammy Nix of Rowdy; two sons: Taylor Bowling and Joseph Nix, both of Rowdy; one daughter: Jessie Neace of Hazard; three sisters: Phyllis (Dewey) Lewis of Booneville, Margie (Marvin) Brock of Leslie County and Yvonne Hurt of Cornettsville; six brothers: Williams Enos (Rita) Dillion of Illinois, Richard Dillion, Michael (Lisa) Dillion, Kernon Dillion and David Dillion, all of Viper and Paul Hurt of Cornettsville; eighteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Arrangements handled by Maggard Mtn. View Chapel. Visitation at the Right Fork Church of Christ in Viper after 5:00 p.m. on July 1. Funeral at the church at 11:00 a.m. Saturday with Virgil Hurt officiating. Interment at Dillon Cemetery in Viper.l
