Susan Feltner Obituary

Susan Renee Feltner, age 38, formerly of Hazard, passed away on September 10 in Louisville. She was the daughter of Brenda Smith Feltner (Daphne Kilburn) and the late Marlis Feltner.

She is also survived by grandmother: Nannie Reed; one daughter: Brenna Fitzpatrick of Louisville; three sons: Tre' Combs of Georgetown, Kevin Nelson of Louisville and Jaxon Nelson of Louisville; fiancé: Kevin Nelson; two sisters: Brenda Kaye Combs of Hazard and Tara Velasco of Manchester; three brothers: Eddie (Lisa) Feltner of Hazard, Clarence (Kim) Feltner of Hazard and Tommy Kilburn of Hyden, along with a host of family and friends.

Arrangements handled by Maggard Mtn. View Chapel, where visitation is 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sept. 13 and funeral at 1:00 p.m., Sept. 14 with Roy Johnson officiating. Interment at Hurt-Feltner Cemetery in Upper 2nd Creek.
