Gertie Jean Brewer, 85
CAMPBELLSBURG

Gertie Jean Brewer, age 85, of Campbellsburg, passed away Aug. 19, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Newton and Anna (Roberts) Price.
She is survived by three sons, John Ratcliff (Sheila), David Ratcliff and Mike Ratcliff (Merlyne); one brother, Garold Price (Lois); three grandchildren, John Ratcliff (Misty), Taylor Ratcliff (Jamie) and Shelby Ratcliff; four great-grandchildren, Hayden, Dawson and Valerie Ratcliff and Kali Evans (McClain); and five great-grandchildren, Brooks, Beckham, Kalani, Kason and Kobe.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Merle Brewer; ten brothers and sisters; and her first husband, Gene Ratcliff.
The Reverend Earl Wayne Perry will conduct funeral services at noon on Aug. 22, at Ransdell Funeral Home in Campbellsburg, with interment to follow in the Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service on Friday.
