CAMPELLSBURG
Kathy Marie (Lawson) Simpson, age 65, passed away Jan. 3, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Lawson and her sister, Teresa Bickel.
She is survived by her husband, Timmy Simpson; daughters, Amanda Wisehart (Reid) and Brandi Luttrell (Michael); adopted son, Frankie Pinuelas; grandchildren, Katie Gibson (Devan) and Kaden Wisehart and Alivia Bettis, Zain Bettis and Jacob Luttrell; great-grandson, Oaks Gibson; mother, Norma Jean Dickerson Lawson; brothers, Curt Lawson (Linda) and Anthony Lawson (Tina), Jeff Lawson (Donna), Mike Lawson and Greg Lawson (Diana); sister, Becky Shephard (Keith); along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be conducted Jan. 10 at 3 p.m. at Restoration Life Church in Eminence with Reverend Michael Luttrell officiating. Following the service Kathy will be cremated and her ashes will be inurned at a later date. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the church.
With care and professionalism, arrangements are under the direction of Beckley Funeral Home.
