David was born on May 24, 1981, and passed away on his birthday, May 24, 2025. He was the light of our family for 44 short years. David faced many hard times and struggles in those years without any complaints, and was never without a smile to share. David was kind to everyone and had an internal passion to make life easier for others, even strangers.
David was a member of: Order of Demolay Ross C. Jensen Chapter, Gallatin Lodge #6, Helena Lodge #3, and Grand Lodge of Montana where he held many appointed and elected positions during the years in Masonry.
David is survived by his family: Jean, Joel, Adam, and Megan; and a large extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents: Helena and Erwin Dunbar, John and Virginia Bodak; Aunt Nita Gendrow; and uncle Steve Bodak.
Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, June 25th, at 11 a.m., at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
