Dear Bill and Jill,
I am very sorry to hear of the death of Bill's father. I know what an important person he was in your lives and am just learning how important he was to the state of Montana and the Republican party. He can never be replaced but I am sure his legacy will live on in you and your family's ranch and public activities in support of the ranching community in Montana. Sincerely, Sue and Jim Baker

Dear Louise & Family,
Jack was one of my favorite people, he was a no nonsense kind of person. If he gave you his word that was all you needed - it was solid. There a handful of people you meet in your life who are the kind of role models that one should aspire to - Jack was one in my life. He had the most important traits - Honesty and integrity. I was lucky enough to call him my friend and to talk to him last month and it was wonderful. I shall miss him greatly.

WE would like to express our deepest sympathies for the family of Jack Galt. I didn't know Jack as well as I should've, but my father spoke frequently of him and many cattle buying trips they went on together. We hope the family can draw on their memories to fill the void he has left.

I knew Jack during my days in the legislature, in the 1980s. He was always a gentleman, always cordial and kind, looking past the politics to the person. He was an effective leader because of his character, receiving respect because he was always ready to give it. I will always remember him as one of the good guys.
