Lenore Puhek Obituary
April 6, 1938 - December 28, 2024
Lenore Louise Puhek, age 86, of Helena passed away December 28, 2024, in Helena following a brief illness. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from Ss Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in East Helena. A reception will follow in the lower level of the church immediately following the funeral Mass. Burial will then follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial are suggested to the Nora B. McKelvey Scholarship Fund C/O Carroll College; 1601 N. Benton Avenue Helena, Montana 59625. Lenore was a hero to me, and a mentor. We attended Carroll together as non traditional students. She was a leader in organizing our group where we actually volunteered for a few activities at the school. My favorite memory of Lenore is of the special license plate on her van - VANGO - she was blessed with artistic talents, and I smile remembering see in her drive the van around town. I miss her. Blessings to all the family.
