Benjamin Hicks Obituary



Navy (E9) Master Chief Petty Officer BENJAMIN FRIEDMAN HICKS, 94, was born and raised in Barboursville, W.Va., on the 1st of November 1929. Resident of Mililani, Hawaii, he passed away January 16, 2024. Son of the late William A. Hicks and Anna Virginia Spencer Hicks. He served during the Vietnam War and the Korean War. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Suzanne and Michael Miller, and family friends Cyndi Gomez-Hempel, Tyler Hempel, Jeffrey Johnson, Desmond Johnson, and Lucas Johnson. Military services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at wwwtimeformemory.com/wallace.
