Christopher Chaffin Obituary
CHRISTOPHER ADAM CHAFFIN, 43, of Barboursville, WV, passed away suddenly at home on August 3, 2024. He was the son of Roy Lester Chaffin and Kelly Darlynn Sawyers-Chaffin of Barboursville, WV, and leaves behind one son, Jacob Tyler Earnest of Coal Grove, OH; one brother, Jason Chaffin of Barbourville, WV, and was preceded in death by his sister Elizabeth Ann Chaffin-Vickers and his paternal and maternal grandparents. He was a 1999 graduate of Cabell Midland High School and also graduated from the West Virginia State Police Academy. He also leaves behind his three nephews, a niece and several aunts and uncles. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Kevin Shull. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
