Daniel Gallagher Obituary
He was a 1956 graduate of Ironton High School and was a former employee of Ironton Iron in the quality control division. Dan proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter; Laura Gallagher.
Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his wife, are his son; John (Jennifer) Gallagher of Powell, OH and his two grandsons; Daniel and Andrew Gallagher, both of Powell, OH.
Graveside service will take place in Calvary Cemetery on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Noon with Pastor Wes Moore officiating. There will be no public visitation.
Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. 7th St. Ironton, OH is honored to assist the Gallagher family in their time of need.

I am really sorry to learn that Danny has died. He and I played football at St. Joe and both of us moved on to IHS. Betty was a classmate of mine at IHS, and I snare her sorrow. Dan´s mother and father were also friends of my parents.
