FAYE WILDS Obituary
FAYE WILDS, age 75, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 4, 2018. She was born on April 15, 1943 in South Point, Ohio, where she married and raised her family until moving to LaPlace, La., in 1981. She retired from Walmart in LaPlace after more than 20 years, the last ten years as a door greeter, where everyone knew Ms. Faye. She is preceded in death by her father, James Gibson; mother Betty Gibson; and her loving daughter, Tonya Wilds. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Wilds; daughter Angie Oubre and husband Bob; son James Eric Wilds; sister Kay Waller; brother James Dean Gibson and wife Judy; grandchildren Erika Oubre and Ethan Wilds; and many more loving family members. A private family service will be held at a later date.

So many great memories of Faye. She was a joy to be around and had so much energy and excitement for life. She made working at Walmart an adventure and always gave it 100%. Faye will be missed by all who knew and loved her, she was truly one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
