Condolences to the Family. I remember when Fran first came to Huntington to go to Marshall...She was always friendly, loved to party and hang out in the neighborhood. She also loved First Baptist Church and I am certain I saw her attending 16TH Street Baptist Church and Antioch sometimes as well. She was an activist and a positive voice in Huntington as well. As a matter of fact...She never left Huntington.
I know she will be missed and that she is suffering no more. RIP Fran. GOD loves you best.
