Gary Laslo Obituary
A cheerful soul, Gary loved Christmas and making people laugh. His favorite thing to do was drive around and look at Christmas lights, feed ducks at Beech Fork, play Yahtzee, and watch football as an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Gary served in the Air Force and had a wonderful career throughout his adulthood in varying fields.
Gary was always a child at heart and gave his heart and soul to those he met.
Gary knew only love and was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Steve Laslo & Gene Lambert, and son, Jerry Laslo.
He leaves behind his soulmate, Penny Laslo, his seven children - Amy Baldwin, Beth (Robert) McCoy, Angela Wolford, Greg (Billie) Wolford, Michelle Keathley, Chris Laslo, and Gary Laslo, and his grandchildren - Katelynn (Zachary) Partlow, Nathan Baldwin, Jennifer McCoy, Zachary McCoy, Bill Wolford, Shannon (Daniel) Owsley, and Greg Wolford.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2024, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Greg Wolford. Burial will be in Docks Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m. prior to the service. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
