HOWARD CONLEY Obituary
HOWARD CURTIS CONLEY, 66, of Barboursville, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord September 8, 2015, at his residence. He was born May 31, 1949, in Chapmanville, W.Va., a son of the late Fred and Betty Adkins Conley. He was a retiree of Prestera Center for Mental Health. He is survived by his wife Connie Scarberry Conley; sons Greg and Thomas Conley; grandson Kurtis Conley; sisters Claudette (Ronald) Newman, Diana (David) Kelley, Sandra (John) Tewell and Virginia (Herman) Ellis; brother Roger Conley; aunt Louise Paul; and sister-in-law Diania Scarberry. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother Larry Odell Conley, half-sister Patsy Chambers, and grandson Thomas Ellery Conley Jr. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2015, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Preacher Bill Nida. Entombment will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
