Vicki, I was so saddened to learn about John´s passing. I knew him for only a few years but during that time he and I built a bond and friendship that I will forever cherish. We would often talk sports sharing favorites like Marshall and the Cincinnati Reds, but I had to work on him to make him and Ohio State
Buckeye fan and I think I won him over. One of my fondest memories was walking into church each Sunday and looking for his arm waving and a big smile on his face to great me. I will truly miss him. He was a man that loved the lord and he demonstrated that love in the life he lived.
